Pete Meyers

I contacted Mr Meyers due to a landlord/tenant issue i was having. facing eviction at 68 yrs old was not on my bucket list. He advised me and went to court for me and ultimately helped me out of a jam.. yes I did have to move but Mr Meyers allowed me time to get things done so i could move with no pr...oblems. I would consider hiring him again if I get into a landlord/tenant issue. He was considerate and knowledgeable when ever I needed to talk to him.

Mr Meyers was recommended to me via my realtor. I needed to evict a tenant from a house that I own. He drafted two documents for me; eviction notice and relocation agreement. This agreement resulted in the tenant vacating the property prior to the 60 day notice. I appreciated Pete's responsiveness. H...e answered his phone or returned calls in a timely manner. He explained legal terms in a layperson's language and was willing to incorporate my suggestions in the agreements. He got results.

A NE Portland Lawyer took a short time to listen, get to know me, and zeroed in on my issue (When I grow up I want to be like Atty Meyers) He made sense of my issue, gave me direction, and sent me to research further, and I did! He knew the law, gave clear guidance on procedures, worked effectively with opposing counsel, and helped de-escalate the situation.
