Pete Meyers

Pete was referred to me by my real estate broker as a specialist with tenant issues/ evictions. So glad I engaged with Pete early on with tenant late paying issues - we were able to get a game plan, execute it and save time, money, but most importantly, the tenant agreed to vacate before the schedul...ed court hearing. Pete works in a straightforward manner and has a specific process that works. You need to follow his direction and you'll get to your end goal. My case was landlord/tenant related and use Pete as my regular consultant every time I was communicating with the other party. Be aware Pete respects his (and your) time a lot! He will share with you a document how he works and you 'd have to follow it to the T, otherwise you and Pete will lose ti...me and you will lose money :-) His model however is highly efficient!
