Mr Meyers was recommended to me via my realtor. I needed to evict a tenant from a house that I own. He drafted two documents for me; eviction notice and relocation agreement. We purchased our first investment property and set up lease agreements for the tenants. With Pete's help, the process went smoothly. I felt like Pete really listened to our particular situation and addressed our initial concerns specifically. He outlined a basic plan and timetable which helped manage... our expectations. We had a lot of questions throughout the purchase and the lease creation and he responded to all of our questions professionally, quickly and thoroughly. We felt completely prepared heading into the closing and lease execution. If we conduct any additional real estate transactions, we will absolutely hire Pete again.

I contacted Pete Meyers due to an HOA Board that was unilaterally imposing Rules & Regs without proper notification or a vote of the unit owners.
