Pete was referred to me by my real estate broker as a specialist with tenant issues/ evictions. So glad I engaged with Pete early on with tenant late paying issues - we were able to get a game plan, execute it and save time, money, but most importantly, the tenant agreed to vacate before the schedul...ed court hearing.
