There were so many variables that had to be accounted for in my case and Paul was proactive, thorough and critical of all details. My case was a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and car. I was on a motorcycle and the other party was in a car; I collided with the car and broke my femur being in this accident. The opposing party was trying to throw me under the bus even after the injuries I sustained which from a human to human level is nonsensical, but I guess some people would do anything to not take responsibility. Paul overturned the decision that the insurance companies were going to initially pursue operating off the police report. In the end, the opposing party was negligent in unsafely making a turn which was unavoidable for me to maneuver out the way almost costing my life. The other party was at fault based on the details which had to be proven by Paul. I won the case and earned the maximum settlement offered by the opposing insurance company. This experience was life changing. I still to this day feel the effects of that accident physically and mentally. That was the lowest point I've been in my life because I couldn't go to work or leisure. Once Paul called be with the verdict, I was honestly in disbelief and from that settlement-it was also life changing- To everyone reading this, I've been only able to portray a fraction of went on in this case because of the complexities.
