3rd DUI Dismissed!

2nd DUI NO Jail! Over the moon on my results with Ms.Bellante!

I was facing severe charges for a second dui in under ten years with an accident and high blood alcohol. The fear I had for the unexpected let me to be very scared. I called Amber whom I found on google late after work one evening. She went above and beyond during my consultation and I knew instantly to retain her! She gave me a plan told me things to do to prepare for court and reassured me that it would all be okay. With full trust in her I took her advice. We went to court facing the DA who wanted me to serve actual in custody 60 day jail time. I resulted in NOT having to serve any time in Custody in Jail as well as NO Harsh Four Year Probation. Woohoo! She was also able to get the DMV to grant me driving privilege during the first 90 days so I could drive to and from work and keep my job. I am very grateful and thankful for Ms. Bellante and think of her as a wonderful friend to me. I can not thank her enough!!

3rd DUI Dismissed!

Amber is an amazing attorney, she got my 3rd DUI dismissed due to DA Lack of Speedy Trial. She really knows the in's and out's of the law and if your working with her just trust that she is working on your case! I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the best possible outcome!!

Felony Expungement Success!

High Blood Alcohol DUI

First off, Amber is very professional and understanding she really takes the time to hear you and gives you feedback on everything. I had a DUI with a very high blood alcohol level. She took the time to speak to me and my family was always a phone call away if i had any questions about anything. She was able to get me a complete dismissal, no fines ,no work project, and no jail time. We also won the dmv hearing which meant no suspension of my drivers license. She is very caring and a lovable person she is there for you not just a money grab. I truly recommend her she is amazing thank you Amber!!

From DUI down to Dry reckless - SHE’S AMAZING!

Amber was amazing to work with! She got my DUI I was charged with a DUI and got a dry reckless, non-DUI/and non alcohol or drug related case! No license restrictions or suspension, no ignition interlock device, no huge fine, and no DUI or wet reckless classes! She took one of the most horrible times of my life and made it bearable. I literally couldn’t have gotten through this mess without her!

MISDEMEANOR EXPUNGEMENT SUCCESS

Amber is amazing ! When we first contacted her she responded immediately. She even responded on weekends! She helped with getting my misdemeanor expunged. She handled my case with extreme professionalism and diligence, constantly keeping me updated and well informed of any information pertaining to the status of my case. Amber is very knowledgeable in the Criminal field while other attorneys were not confident on my expungement Amber handled it within 45 days ! CLEARED! It was a pleasure working with Amber. Amber is different from other attorneys; she ASKED questions - many questions. I left a voicemail message the first time I called Amber, and she returned the call within five minutes. She was relatable, did not judge, and did not talk to you like most impatient, insensitive attorneys. Within a few minutes of talking, I knew that Amber was the right attorney. Amber was also reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and available by phone or text. There was a communication hiccup that was quickly resolved. Dui case

- August 14th 2022 I was charged with a dui causing bodily injury, I called Amber Bellante and Amber agreed to take my case. I was confused and worried, amber explained everything to me, she made me feel comfortable with her knowledge of my situation. When court came around Amber explained the DA’s offer, the offer was kind of high and Amber thought we should try and negotiate a better deal and conference it with the Judge and DA. Amber didn’t only represent me with the highest professionalism but she got me a much better deal than the DA’s original offer, witch I was content with. If you ever catch yourself in a situation contact Amber Bellante she’s the best choice and will fight for you.

Great Attorney

We have been working with Amber since 2011. My family and friends have also used her in the past. She is great at what she does. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She helps with the preparation prior to the court date. In a resent case I had, I was looking to get a restraining order approved by the court. She was there to help me get it approved and was successful on the first court hearing. I will be using Amber as needed in the future.

Excellent attorney

I reached out to Amber the day I got a dreadful letter in the mail. Just by having a small talk conversation with her for a few minutes I noticed a few things: she was very professional, respectful & seemed confident. In the following phone calls I expressed my concerns to her and she exceeded my expectations in making sure that all my needs were met. She was very thorough with staying on top of everything as well as keeping me updated with everything that was going on. I also expressed to her what deal I was looking to get at the end with the case but she surpassed that and got me an even better deal !! Yeeee!

I was facing 2 felony gun charges, drug charges and a DUI for alcohol and drugs. Amber filed a motion and got both felony gun charges dismissed and negotiated dismissal of the drug charges! ! I pled on the DUI and got the minimum sentence and didn't do time or work project. Then, she found out that DMV was going to try to suspend my license completely for negligent operator for having 4 points on my driving record for an earlier accident and a speeding ticket. I didn't get notice of the 15 day period to ask for a hearing because they didn't have my new address but she requested the hearing and argued against me getting the negligent operator suspension and I got probation and no suspension! I am relieved because I need to drive and work. And my insurance would have skyrocketed. But I'm especially grateful that I won't have felonies on my record.
