I was impressed at how she clearly walked me through the different processes pertaining to my particular case, in the meanwhile aptly managed my expectation. It's been almost a year since she took on my case, and I am very h...appy to receive the result that I have been hoping for, all with Nan's help in every step of the way. Through out the whole process, Nan was always available via texts for my questions and for status updates. She would text me after every trial date, and updated me on the next step. And when there was more to discuss, she made time to meet with me in her office. She possess intimate knowledge of the process, the people, and the system. Most importantly, she listened to my ideas on what we can do to help with the case, and transparently discussed their merits. Not all my ideas was useful, but I was grateful that she was very open-minded in listening to me. It was a struggling time coping with my case, but Nan really helped ease off the stress. Nan was amazing from the first phone call I had with her, to the last text she sent me letting me know everything was finally over.
