Regarding the gentleman who gave 1 star rating, I feel this is just a communication gap or misunderstanding my friend. Nan is very compassionate and brilliant attorney. I would definitely recommend her to you sir or my family/friends.I am aware that she gets many calls every day for advice and she ha...s to refer some to public defender.Due to time constraints she might have asked question related to payment at the beginning.She is very brilliant,committed,hardworking,caring & friendly attorney. I was arrested for Domestic violence charges against me, I was very stressful and traumatized.I am glad that I made a smart decision to hire Nan after initial free consultation with her. As the title states, she truly is a queen(including outside of her practice). I was involved in a hit-and-run and was arrested in another area for public intoxication. Both cases could've been combined but thanks to Nan, she knew how to play the cards right and they were completely separate cases(no ...DUI). It is what she does best after all. I'll admit I'm still a kid and I had no idea what to do, I just didn't want to go to jail or have a record but after researching and consulting with her(free), my mind was at ease throughout the process. Long story short, I trusted(and still do) Nan with my life and followed her game plan. My public intoxication arrest case was completely dismissed and my hit-and-run case was brought down to an infraction(failure to exchange info at scene). The unthinkable happened a few weeks ago: a 2:00am phone call from my 20 year old son. “Dad, I’m at the police station. They’re booking me on a DUI”.
