I have hired Kirk Elliott to represent all 3 of my college age students for matters relating to drunk in public/resisting arrest, drug possession, or battery. Kirk kept me and my children involved and informed during the process so all the next steps were known.

I hired Kirk to deal with a felony charge for a fake ID, a misdemeanor for reckless driving, and an infraction for marijuana possession. I thought I was going to receive very severe punishment, but thanks to Mr. Elliott, he fixed my problems. Throughout the process he made sure I knew exactly what... was going on. He kept me very well informed about my case and I really valued that. I expected my case to go on for quite a while but my case was settled in about three months and I can thank Mr. Elliott for that.
