Dedicated and excellent lawyer!

Mr. Blair is a very knowledgeable and capable attorney. As soon as I contacted him and spoke briefly on the phone, I felt much more at ease about everything and knew that my case was in good hands. He informed me of all of the legal options available to me based on my case and helped me take the necessary steps to achieve the desired result, which he followed through on in court. Mark both reduced my case and make the whole process much less daunting. If you're in a bind, I highly recommend you to contact him immediately!

Amazing lawyer handled my 3rd DUI, had a lot of we have to review this come back in 2 months and he was there during covid. Literally got a case which matched mine pulled up from around 1930's to prove my time counted because i did a sober living home for a couple months instead of jail, which had to be relevant for me to stay out of jail i'm working full time, and going to school full time. I can understand it was starting to get annoying the case was delayed so many times even the judge changed often and after 3 judges they were confused about the previous judge it was getting prolonged, but he managed to get me through no jail time sober living, I had an ankle monitor for almost two years because of covid with pretrial didn't even see court. Covid shut down court and postponed it for 3-12 months which was infuriating. In the end he stayed through every court date as annoying as it was, really felt confident hiring him.

DUI Case Dismissed

1000/10. If I could leave 100 reviews on Mark I would. Mark was a godsend during a horrible time in my life where I made a boneheaded mistake but Mark was there every step of the way en route to a dismissed case. I cannot thank Mark enough for how he handled my case and how easy he made it for me to understand all the things I needed to do in order to get my DUI dismissed. Excellent from start to finish

Hi, I would like to say Mark is an amazing attorney and knows the system in and out. He was able to set the correct expectations and quite frankly surpassed the expectations he set. Please hire him and if you do, listen to whatever he asks you to do, I followed his directions to the T and never got my license suspended and charges reduced and no fine. My 1st (hopefully last) DUI and high BAC, .16. He is simply amazing.

Miracle worker-- highly recommend

I had a very high BAC when I got pulled over-- four times the legal limit. I hired Mark to represent me in a case I thought would be impossible. He walked me through every step of the process and let me know what I need to do to help him reduce the charges from a DUI to a 'wet reckless.' I followed his advice and did exactly as he suggested. Somehow he managed to do it-- what should have been an Extreme DUI, he negotiated down to a 'wet reckless'. I never even had to go to Court. He is truly talented and great at what he does. Dedicated and Committed Lawyer

Never the late.. adding review after my case got dismissed and saw his name on these site today. My experience with Mark Blair and his team. I was convicted in DUI in unfortunate situation and my friend suggested Mark Blair. The moment he took up my case..he got me out of jail and requested for hearing. There was few phone and lot of email conversations happened where he asked me all details with accurate info based on my current situation at that point of time. After reviewing for couple of days, He responded with the possible and expected case results but with a note “Nothing is guaranteed”. As I was an out of state resident, he attended hearing instead of me. In span of 2 years, he suggested me to attend AA and some admissibility volunteering which helped to get early termination and dismissal. To be honest.. A+ From Start to Finish. HIGHLY recommend

I've never had to hire an attorney before and do not wish it upon anyone. HOWEVER, if you find yourself in a position where you need one, Mark is the guy. He knows San Mateo county personally (unlike the big chain companies) that gives him the advantage of understanding and fighting your case. At the end of the day, he was extremely communicative, made me FEEL like he was truly fighting for me, and ultimately helped me get through this difficult time. He made sure to give me pointers on what to check up on, reminded me about due dates, and laid out all my options so I could best choose what to do based on my current life situation. Mark is a GOD

Words won't describe how thankful I am to Mark and his team. He was instrumental in guiding me through this nightmare of what it means to get a 'DUI'. I could write an essay on what Mark has done for me over the past 3 months but I can sum it up by the following. 1. He was able to reduce my charge to a 'Wet Wrecklace', 2. handled my DMV case (which I found extremely confusing and he handled everything, 3, and most importantly Mark answered every single question that I had for him. Professional, Courteous, and Efficient- BEST YOU COULD ASK FOR

I had several challenging facts against my case because of an accident and high BAC. From the start, Mark Blair is very courteous from start to finish. He was always friendly and courteous whenever I interacted with him through emails, on the phone, and in person. In addition, he is extremely professional in everything that he does. He will tell you exactly what are the facts of your case, the prospects, and what you can do to help yourself. He provides a lot of great information in his emails while being concise. Mission Accomplished

Mark represented me in my DUI case. He is so very knowledgeable about the DMV and Court System and its processes and was a fantastic advocate for me. Fantastic and thorough DUI attorney!

I hired Mark Blair in the summer of 2016 and was met with professionalism, compassion, and swift help. Mark helped me navigate all of the legal twists and turns from DUI classes to Sheriff’s Work Programs. He helped get my Work Program sentence to 1 day so all I had to do was sign up at the Work Program office but never do any work furlough days. He also had the court grant time served for the night of my DUI arrest. Furthermore, he was able to get my court appearance moved to a later date so I could travel in Canada without having any DUI conviction issues. Mark went above and beyond to assist me in this very uncertain point of my life. His care and attention to detail is top notch. Highly recommended!
