Robert Bruce Kopelson

Robert has been our family lawyer for a long time now. Anytime I need advice, Robert is the first person I call. With every issue or inquiry I've had Robert always takes his time to explain the issue to me and what we can do to solve it. He always gives me his honest advice and never holds back from providing excellent service. Robert is very easy to reach and if he is not available he always tries his best to reach out to you as soon as possible. If you want someone with character and integrity to help with your problems I definitely would call Robert.

Ethical, trustworthy, honest and a tireless work ethic with meticulous attention to every imaginable detail that has even a remote chance of affecting the ultimate disposition of one's case. This is a good start in describing my experiences with legal representation provided by Mr. Kopelson. After my daughter was involved in a serious accident, the last thing I anticipated was being able to use many of the above adjectives to describe an attorney we ultimately selected to represent her. I expected the normal difficulties with communication, lack of proper attention to detail and the status quo with respect to interactions and follow-up, which one would envision in a typical personal injury case. However, Mr. Kopelson's brilliant handling of my daughter's case actually served to shatter many of my preconceived perceptions and prior experiences with legal representation. It is hard to imagine actually believing an attorney would continually place their client's best interests at the forefront of a legal case's respective priority list until the litigation was ultimately settled. Again, Mr. Kopelson defied all expectations in this regard. It is difficult to describe the relief I felt upon finally realizing that my normal tendency of second guessing every move and detail was no longer required. To know that my daughter's attorney was fighting tooth and nail for her best interests provided an immense degree of comfort and relieved me of a significant amount of anxiety any dad would feel in a similar situation. I am not an individual who is easily impressed, nor one to pen accolades unnecessarily, however, I can say unequivocally that I truly feel that we could not have asked for better legal representation or a more diligent, conscientious and harder working attorney than Robert. In closing, I can state that my expectations were exceed by an immense degree in every aspect by Mr. Kopelson, and I would not hesitate referring any friend or family member to him!

Mr. Kopelson had answered a question on AVVO I asked which was the best answer I received, from what I could ascertain, so I called his office to thank him, saying I didn't need to talk to him directly, just to please thank him. I was asked to hold and Mr. Kopelson came on, remembered the question, and then spent time speaking with me regarding the question further, adding information that was incredibly helpful, even though he is not able to be my attorney because of the geographical distance and time frame. I was really amazed that he took so much time to discuss things and educate me. Thank you, Mr. Kopelson!

11/21/14 - Robert is absolutely wonderful! He went completely out of his way for me and he had no obligation or reason to do so. I can imagine he would provide the highest level of detail and attention to his clients and if I ever have a need(but, let's hope not... just because of the type of law he practices ;-) I would want someone like Robert on my team, I get the sense that he is a fighter (for his clients). Mr. Kopelson answered my question promptly and clearly, and he cited the applicable law, which saved me time. Since my issue was a name change, and this is not his field, he did not write his response in such a way as to imply that his answer was perfect or correct. I'm impressed by that.

I was at my wits end and caught Mr. Kopelson in his office Swamped! He took the time to Listen to me, Explain, what I Needed to do to be successful in Hopefully winning my case. Note, hopefully. All the while he was honest, compassionate, did not try to rush me off the phone; he spent nearly an hour helping me. I feel equipped to go into battle! I needed legal advice from an at fault auto accident. Although Mr. Kopelson wasn't the "right" type of attorney... he was well informed. I had an extremely difficult case that was made a lot easier to deal with especially emotionally, as Mr. Kopelson dealt with me and also my family in a completely compassionate manner throughout our entire ordeal. He never failed to return my calls and sincerely took his time to explain every tiny detail to me. He listened attentively, was so knowledgeable and I never felt like I had to keep repeating myself which meant a lot especially during that difficult time. Our case was difficult as it pertained to the wrongful death of a parent. Mr. Kopelson was the first lawyer that we found that was interested in taking the case. He did an absolutely fabulous job. Mr. Robert Kopelson helps my wife through a very traumatic sexual assault personal injury case.
