I found Michael through my company's legal plan. When my partner and I moved out of our apartment, we were charged what we thought to be unfair amounts for cleaning and repairs. From online research we also figured out that our landlord did not follow the law when we first applied for a lease. The only thing I would change is to perhaps use video conferencing software or a good phone mic because the audio was a little unclear for me during the phone call, and there is a lot of information presented which you don't want to miss.
