Camelia helped us probate my father's estate in California when all of the children lived in another state. His trust and will were never signed and he passed away in another country. Camelia helped me get appointed as the executor and guided me through the process. She did all the necessary paperwork and attended all the court hearings so that I did not have to. Following her directions and providing everything to her that was needed we were able to finish the probate in less than 8 months. The emotional journey was made so much easier thanks to Camelia. I would highly recommend Camelia for any probate work and were so grateful that we found such an experienced lawyer.

Amazing, Respectful and efficient

To make this simple: After we made sure that the a mediation will be the best approach to our separation matter, we search the list of recommended law offices to take on this task. We contacted several law offices but it seamed like every time we were invited to engage in a battle rather than a peaceful agreement. Camelia was very supportive and helpful to explain our options and made sure we understand the whole process before we make the final agreements, after a solid agreement on custody and financial matters she was super fast to get the documents ready for us and made the process super easy to follow and finish. True standout

Competent, thorough, skilled, organized attorney!

Camelia helped us with establishing a living Trust, Will, and Advanced Health Directives. She guided us through every step of the way and was able to accomplish the whole thing remotely! We recently asked her to make some modifications to the Living Trust due to changes in our life and she completed the Amendment in the same professional manner as the first time. Great Experience !

I became my Aunt's conservator. I had no idea what was in store for me. It could have been overwhelming but step by step Camelia got me through it. Child custody for my daughters. Forced sale of my wife's previous property per divorce agreement. Adoption of my sons.

Camelia initially helped acquire a custody agreement for my two daughters. Camelia's paperwork was always perfect. She responded to all of my emails and questions immediately. Camelia is well informed and I never had any surprises in court. Except happy ones. The second time Camelia helped my wife. Camelia tied off the loose ends on my wife's divorce. Including removing squatters from my wife's house so we could prep it for sale. All monies owed to my wife were paid to her when the house sold. The third time Camelia helped me again. My sons had been abandoned by their biological father. When I approached him with my intent to adopt he refused to give up his rights. Camelia helped me terminate his rights and adopt my sons.
