Very knowledgeable!

This is the second time we consulted Michael. This time we consulted him about an amend for a previous year tax return. Michael explained the potential risk and also provided a better approach to resolve our problem. We followed his suggestion and are very happy with his service.

Rude, condecending, accusatory

From Michael's initial first message I could sense the type of lawyer he was going to be.. but I went with it as he was covered under my insurance. The back and forth was cold and condescending. Our last correspondence ended pretty nasty. TLDR we had a miscommunication and he immediately jumped to a ...conclusion. I feel if he had just picked up the phone to talk to me we could have figured this out in a few minutes. Not sure what he deal was.

Thank you Anonymous for your comment. Unfortunately, you left out several critical facts, and by omitting those facts, the reader cannot accurately assess the quality of our legal services. (1) My initial message to you was by text because I was not available to talk with you by phone. My text message asked you to email me so we can schedule a convenient time for us to talk. (2) You failed to tell the reader that you were trying to get your insurance to cover something that it does not. (3) When I informed you of the coverage issue, you responded with a condescending tone. (4) When I mentioned to you that I do not appreciate your tone, you responded by calling me a "twit" and used foul and vulgar language, which I will not repeat here. I did not respond to your insults and profanity because I was hoping you are a better person than your words.

Never even got a call back

I called on 4 separate occasions within a span of 9 weeks and only talked to his receptionist saying he was going to “give me a call back.” Not only did I need a lawyer but I was in even more trouble with my employer because I didn’t get a consultation. I think it is very unprofessional to say that y...ou are going to call back someone and then not follow through on it. I understand that everyone is busy though if you cannot handle my case or meet with me then just say so. Please reflect on this going forward.

Anonymous, thank you for your comments. However, you left out several critical facts. First, our office in fact returned your call and left you a message stating that we do not practice in the area of law that you need help with. Second, you stated that you would be seeking another attorney to help you. So, I am not sure what more we could have done under these circumstances.
