I am having a legal issue with my landlord pertaining to my security deposit. I scheduled a consultation meeting with Mr. Eng. He was prompt in responding to my meeting request and scheduled our meeting the next working day. Mr. Eng was well-prepared for our meeting. He reviewed the lease contract an...d supporting documents that I provided before our meeting. During the consultation phone call, he explained the law pertaining to my legal issue succinctly. He also suggested the different legal options that are available to me. I am appreciative of Mr. Eng time and legal advice.

I had a question about my options if I signed a lease with a landlord and they did not countersign the lease. Mr. Eng researched my question and provided me detailed information about my situation, and ran through a number of scenarios I would not have thought of on my own. He was also polite, empat...hic and respectful. I would definitely work with him again.

I found Mike through my employer's legal plan. Mike is very thorough and detailed in helping me with a consumer issue as well as reviewing legal documents. With his advice I was able to resolve the issues with the business fairly and quickly. He was also very responsive when I had questions about ...the issue and legal documents. It was very helpful for him to point out the notable things to watch out for in the legal documents.

It is related to a consumer protection issue. I called several lawyers before I called Michael. After briefly giving my issue to their assistant, they all rejected to take the case, nor gave any advice. Michael returned my phone in a day and squeeze his lunch time and talked with me about my case.... He listened patiently about my story and fully understood my concern. He told me that due to the contract itself, it is not feasible for a lawyer to present me, but he did give a list of options for me to get my money and justice back. He advised me cons and pros of each option. Over the whole conversion, he is so patient and down to details. He is also very knowledgeable. He is truly someone I can trust and look for help in the future if I need.
