He become a completely worrying and first-rate person. He made certain I was organized with my deposition and in court. His staff is super and caring as well and they're continually there to answer questions whilst you need them responded and they will constantly maintain you up to date. Bit by Dog but Frank Helped Me cope
I was bit by a large aggressive beed dog and It resulted in a serious injury, I hired Mr. Sariol and he was able to get me to the proper doctors and was very understanding of me and the situation I was in, being a woman I felt that having a scar would affect me and it does but he was able to get me seen by a reconstructive surgeon and I am pleased with my results, I can genuinely say I love his firm.

Knowledgeable with Quick Response and Resolution!
I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Sariol Law Office demonstrated detailed knowledge of traffic laws as they applied to my situation and quickly followed up with getting information from me and getting information from the other party's insurance company. Faith in the legal system restored!!!
Last year i was struck by a motor vehicle while riding my bicycle home from work. Awesome Experience with Attorney Sariol
After being rear ended on the 55 freeway heading towards Newport Beach in Orange County, I hired Sariol Legal Center and received full payment for my vehicle and after visiting a chiropractic, i settled my case for a substantial amount. Worker's Compensation Lawyer

Frank R. Sariol represented myself and my wife for a Bankruptcy proceeding via Chapter 13. Mr. Sariol at all times kept us informed will all key issues relating to our case and provided us with his knowledge of California bankruptcy law. Our BK was sucessful even after a creditor challenged our case. Very Honest and Knowledgeable
After a debilitating car accident caused by an uninsured motorist and receiving no help from our insurance company, my wife and I decided to take our claim to Mr. Sariol. He was helpful and understanding and answered all of our questions every step of the way. He was able to get us the settlement amount we were seeking in a very short amount of time. The Best Decision We Ever Made!
At the height of the real estate market in March 2006, I purchased my first home. By March of 2008, a sequence of events took place that made it clear to me that I could no longer afford my mortgage. No one was buying homes so I could not even short sell my house. I decided to allow the bank to foreclose, but tried to keep my credit good by continuing to pay my other bills on time. Despite my efforts to remain in good standing with my creditors, they all began closing my credit on me due to the foreclosure. My husband and I went to Frank Sariol for legal advisement. We immediately felt relieved by Frank and the information he provided. He took his time during our initial consultation and went into detail about how our system actually works. After looking at all of our options, I decided to file for bankruptcy. This was a difficult decision for me to make since my credit had always been stellar. None of my previous years of being a responsible consumer mattered one bit to the banks that were treating me like I had been a bum my whole life. Frank helped us through the entire process of the bankruptcy and anytime we felt worried, Frank always reassured us. He always made himself available to us when we had questions or concerns. Now the bankruptcy has been discharged and Frank is in the process of negotiating a loan modification with the bank on our behalf. We are still in our home years later, and my credit is just as good as it was before this whole mess started. I am already qualifying for loans through new creditors and we are now more financially stable than ever before. My husband and I continue to have conversations about how happy we are that we followed Fank's advice. Not only does he take his time to explain everything in great detail, he really cares about your unique circumstances and will advise you on the best possible route. For the amount of time he spent with us, it was well worth the money - which I will say was very reasonable and fair. I have referred many friends to Frank and they have all been very happy with his services. Looking back on the past 5 years of my life, it is funny how I made one bad decision and the banks just ignored all of my previous patterns of being a responsible consumer. However, I am much more knowledgeable today on how the system works, and I can say with conviction that deciding to hire Frank was by far one of the best decisions I have made to date.
