Early Probation termination Request

I was very nervous going before a judge to ask for early probation termination. I called several firms seeking legal representation. I was very pleased with the receptionist, timeliness, and communication of JCS Law Firm. I met with attorney John Schleiffarth rather quickly. Within 3 weeks my request was granted by the judge. Amazing Attorney and Staff!!

Where do I begin? John and Katie are both AMAZING attorney's to handle difficult traffic cases. This is my 2nd time going through JCS Lawfirm; both of my tickets were very difficult. I'm a CDL Truck driver so my license is very important to me and my career. My first case was dropped (Accused of texting while driving a dump truck). My second case was 2 seperate speeding tickets (within a week) going 26 and 30 mph over the speed limit along with following too closely. Both cases were dropped to a non-moving violation (no community service) with some fines. I would not trust ANY other lawfirm in St. Louis! This Law Firm is the BEST!! Thanks John, Katie, Mary and JCS Lawfirm for all your hard work in both of my cases!

Straight shooter

This is unfortunately not my first attorney I have hired to represent me in my lifetime. Other criminal defense attorneys have promised me the moon and were unable to deliver. I really appreciated John’s ability to be straight and tell me the facts. My charges were eventually dropped due to John’s expertise and I was extremely satisfied with his representation. Was in Serious Trouble 2 DWI's Back to Back within 60 days

John is one hell of a lawyer! I was going through a bad patch in life where alcohol was an issue. None the less I got in trouble back to back. I had two DWI's within 60days of each other which one was with a suspend license and a car accident. I was looking at jail time! He was able to get One DWI completely dropped and the Second DWI dropped to an SIS (Suspended Imposition of Sentence). I spent NO JAIL TIME thank god! I was able to set up payments with him. He honestly cares about you and he will do as much has he can to help. I will continue to use him if I find myself in any future issues. Thanks John and Barb for all the help, I truly owe you the life I have today.

Excellent Reperesentation

I was referred to John by a previous client of his in anticipation of a federal investigation. John set up a meeting the following day and explained the best course of action. While it turns out no such investigation was ongoing (my mistake) John was EXTREMELY thorough in checking all possible avenues for criminal (or civil) liability. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do John will be my first call.

DUI & Resisting Arrest

I was charged with four counts total including DUI and resisting arrest. We went all the way to trial. With John's expertise and the help of his excellent team I was found not guilty. If you're in trouble with the law I highly recommend giving John a call.

Competent, Effective Representation

I contacted John seeking guidance on a property-related issue. He responded to all correspondence (email & phone) usually within only a couple of hours throughout the representation (which lasted approximately 5 months). From start to finish, John was consistent in his candidness and analysis of my case, which I appreciated very much. From my perspective, each interaction I had with John throughout my representation was productive - succinct emails, cordial, but concise calls, and consistent informative updates. Amazing man!

This man did what he tried to do! This man fought long and hard to get me probation. He clearly explained everything and went through numerous files/videos. This man is kind, patient, very intelligent and trustworthy. I am glad I got to know this man, I wish the circumstances were different of course but everyone in their office is kind. Hit and Run

John and his law firm are the best lawyers in town. John had my hit and gun down to a parking ticket that was 250.00. I was so scared and they all put me at ease and accepted payment plans!!
