An attorney I would want to represent me in any matter .

He took the time to help me without any agenda or need to clarify he was the lawyer and I was not. If you need someone to go to bat for what you need. I'd pick the one that cares about understanding what it is you are trying to accomplish more than reminding you he knows what he is doing and those details are irrelevant. Not in moral cause matters - the details are what juries understand. Humans like other humans.

Excellent

I am not knowledgable when it come to law and i have done my research BECAUSE OF THE SHERIFFS HITTING ME AND MY NEWBORNS TAKEN AT 1 MONTH OF AGE.. it is a whole diff world. And all the rights that were violated amazes me how people get away with it. But COMING ON HERE AND ASKING A QUESTION WHERE I LACK INFORMATION ON AND RECIEVING SO MUCH INFORMATION FROM HIM WAS BLESSING. USUALLY WHEN I ASK A QUESTION OTHER ATTORNEY ARE RUDE OR JUST SIMPLY LOOK LUKE THEY HAVE TO PUT A ANSWER AND THEY ARE DEVESTATED IN ANSWERING. OR SIMPLY MAKE ME FEEL AS IF THERE TELLING ME HELLO STUPID ITS COMMON SENCE BUT THISE OTHER ATTORNEY FORGET LAW IS NOT ALWAYS COMMON SENCE..IN THIS CASE THIS ATTORNEY I WILL SAVE FOR THE FUTURE AND TO RECOMMEND. Amazing attorney

Unfortunatly Mr. Pedersen was not able to take my case, however he was so responsive and courteous and actually took the time to get back with me. As far as attorneys, he is the standard by which all attorneys should be measured. I wish I could find an attorney like him to represent me.

Highly Recommend

Mr. Pedersen was my attorney for a sexual harassment case against my employer and prior supervisor. Both he and the employees of his firm worked tirelessly on my case. He was very, knowledgeable and strategic. Mr. Pedersen was also very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and helped to keep me calm when the situation became very stressful. The case was resolved a week prior to the trial and the settlement was higher than I expected. Mr. Pedersen is a true advocate for his clients as well as a man of high integrity and ethical work practices.

Referral

Neil was extremely responsive to answering a few questions even though my case was not one in his field. He took the time to refer a few attorneys he knew that were competent and did so without excepting the offer for him to collect a fairly standard referral fee. A man of character FIVE STARS!!!!!

Would recommend, good work on employment matter

Neil was approachable, straightforward, timely and competent in assisting in my employment matter. Fees were fair and reasonable. In another related issue, his was upfront enough with me to let me know that it was not his area of expertise, and referred me to another attorney, which I appreciated. Would recommend him to employees in separation and/or potential discrimination matters.

This attorney actually cares and wants to help

I gave Me. Pedersen five stars because I asked one simple question and he took the time out to answer my question with great detail and information about labor laws and what I should do. He made sure I understood my rights and understood what my employer was doing wrong and what I needed to do to make him be held accountable or him breaking law I appreciate the fact that he took the time to write a detailed description of what my option are and what the laws are and I appreciate that thank you so much

Severance agreement

Mr. Pedersen responded to my initial inquiry immediately and provided me with a very helpful response. I would have definitely retained his services however he was going out of town and my case was time sensitive.
