Exceptional Legal Expertise and Innovative Guidance

I had the pleasure of consulting with Neil Pedersen. esp. with last interaction I was really impressed when he distinguished other lawyers using AI tools to help me. He was giving me real advise that are not AI generated. his knowledge left no doubt that he’s a top-tier attorney!!

There are not many attorneys like Neil around these days.

Neil was incredibly helpful when I had questions about my severance offer. Unlike many other attorneys, he wasn't just looking to make a quick buck. He genuinely cared about me and my concerns. I would highly recommend Neil if you're looking for an employment law attorney. He's very knowledgeable and... knows his stuff!

Kind. Helpful. Accurate Advice

Neil offered his expertise and advice to me when I really needed it. The Law profession needs more people who understand that poor people who cannot afford $100K+ legal pursuits are not bad people or predetermined losers in court. If you can afford a lawyer pay for one that has the right spirit.... That's the only way we'll get more of them.

"When it comes to employment law, California is a mystery to an out of state lawyer. That's why I never answer questions from California. At the same time, I READ the answers the California attorneys give, and Mr. Pedersen's answers are always clear, concise, and reflective of a solid understanding of California's unique employment laws. Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
