O’Hara Law is honored to represent people against corporations, insurance companies, and the government through personal injury representation and criminal defense. We will rise from the ashes, forge through the fire, and soar to Justice together.
Kevin was inspired at a young age to follow in the footsteps of his attorney father, Brian O'Hara. Kevin is a 2010 graduate of UCLA (B.A. in English literature) and a 2016 graduate of Western State College of Law (J.D.).
Kevin has helped injured clients since 2013, and he received extensive training and experience with the Simon Law Group Justice Team while handling dozens of seven figure cases. In addition to his personal injury work, Kevin began his criminal defense practice in 2020.
Outside work, Kevin enjoys cooking, traveling with his wife Stephanie, playing tennis, and playing basketball.

I was fortunate to work with Kevin at Trial Lawyers College. Beyond the strong working knowledge of the law, Kevin brings both insight and candor to the table, which frequently helps clients better identify and appreciate their interests and objectives. Kevin is also a wonderful resource -- always willing to assist fellow lawyers and advance the cause of justice.

I endorse Kevin O'Hara. I had the pleasure to have Kevin as a student in my class when he was still in law school. He demonstrated to me a passion for the law, a desire to help people, and a strong ethical compass. I have no doubt that Kevin will provide his clients with high quality representation. And he is a nice person too!
