She subsequently clerked for Judge Katherine Lucero of the Superior Court of California County of Santa Clara. Amato has been practicing law since 2003 and is a member of the State Bar of California in good standing.

Worked with me through COVID-19 Crisis/Changes
As a small business I was lost as to all the changes. I wanted to focus on making ends meet and did not have the bandwidth to deal with the legal requirements/changes for my business. Ms. Amato spend good quality time with me during this time and is pulling me through this crisis.

No joke
I retained Ms. Amato as my attorney for a contract dispute. She was very pleasant but when we got to Court, she was no Joke. Her command and sternness in courtroom was a definite two thumps up

Caring and Competent
I've used Law Office of Samira Amato for my legal issues a few times. Ms. Amato was the attorney on my cases. First was for my business dispute with my partner and second was my dissolution/nullity action. I was very happy each time. She was very professional, caring, and fair; I was completely satisfied and pleased with the results of my cases. If I need further legal representation I will for sure use Ms. Amato the future.

My vote of approval
I really enjoyed working with her. She was very familiar with my case, the details of it and her way around the Court process. One thing I liked about her is that she really cared.

kept things under control
I used Ms. Amato for my family law matter, she was very helpful in setting up my expectations by knowing her way around the court system and the law. She did not go through my retainer like my last attorney. She was thoughtful of my financial situation and worked with me to keep cost under control.

One of the few good attorneys I have met
I have and worked with other Attorneys prior to hiring Ms. Amato. So I am very familiar with the legal process, attorneys personality and know how. While I anticipated a stressful process, my expectations were exceeded by her knowledge, ability and control over the case, the other attorney and the Court. I would highly recommend her.

I really liked her. She was very good. She fought for what I wanted. It's not too often you meet attorneys who know the law, can fight and are real people too. So it is nice so meet someone who is a real person and knows the real issues.

Made an unpleasant case better
prior to obtaining Ms. Amato I contacted several firms in the area who I met with and they gave me high retainer and a true sales pitch. However, when I went to Samira she was honest, straight forward and properly prepared me for the road ahead. I got the results that i wanted and was happy to work with her. She is very pleasant and personable.

Good Attorney
I had a great experience with Samira Amato. She is a great attorney.She is knowledgeable and strategic, and argues her own cases. She answered and listened carefully to all my questions and concerns and provided really valuable advice.

Trustworthy and competent
Samira handled our litigation matter very competently and zealously. She was very prompt and responsive. She cared genuinely for us and did not over charge us. Needless to say we were very happy with the results and I recommend her all the time to friends and colleagues

good DV and divorce lawyer
For divorce and DV cases I would highly recommend this attorney. She knows what she is doing, and is experienced in family law and Domestic Violence cases. As a former client, I was quite happy with not only the outcome of the case, but her level of understanding why I needed things done a certain way in my case. She understood opposing counsel well, which made things easier. I have hired other attorneys just before hiring her, but they just weren't getting it. She is trustworthy, and clear about what can and cannot be done. her predictability in outcome is pretty accurate.

Ok attorney but had communication problems
Samira helped me in a very difficult case involving a lot of money and multiple residential properties. I felt that she did not really know the legal issues, but helped me negotiate out of court a satisfactory agreement which I was very happy with. I feel I was over-billed. And now when I try to get documents pertaining to the case my requests by email and phone calls are ignored. For my next legal issue I went to someone else.

Poor service, communication and integrity
I contacted Samira regarding an employment law matter, and she did not respond to any of my emails for more than 8+ months. Even though I sent her multiple follow ups via email from April 2022 through November 2022. She offers no customer service, or satisfaction. She has no integrity per my one phone call with her. During our consultation call, she stated she was going to take one action, but within the hour I received a disappointing email from her. She does not read emails or replies to emails or texts. Do not waste your time with this attorney.

Samira was incompetant.She had stated she was skilled. She did not do the simple things required to help our case to a satisfactory conclusion. We are worse off than if we had not used her help. She befriended opposing counsel and allowed him to control the case. She was seen laughing and giggling with opposing counsel when she was suppose to be negotiating on our behalf. She did not represent us in a satisfactory manner. If she is the best Sagaria law has to offer I would go else where.

a complete waste of time, energy and money, and she did not do ANYTHING I ordered her to do.
Hmmmm, let me see. Never once did what I told her to do, even when put in writing, convinced me to mediate an issue with people she KNEW were biased, and then refused to have the orders I paid so much for put into writing or enforced. I had to fire her for nonfeasance. She might care, but what that gives you after you pay her is a whole lot of nothing. I would not use her again, nor would I recommend her to anyone who cares about the future of their family. This is as poor an advocate as you can get.
