he will terminate your relationship and collaborates with opposing council

I regretfully need to share my extremely disappointing experience with Attorney James D. Madden. From the outset, I had high hopes and trusted him to handle my case with the dedication and professionalism one would expect from a legal representative. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposi...te. First and foremost, Attorney madden exhibited an alarming lack of transparency throughout the entire process. I was constantly in the dark about the status of my case and found it nearly impossible to get clear answers. Whenever I inquired about our progress, I was met with vague or no responses that left me feeling uncertain and anxious. Worse still, it became evident that Madden was more interested in collaborating with the opposing counsel than fighting for my interests. This collaboration felt like a betrayal, as if he was more invested in maintaining a cordial relationship with the other side than in advocating for me. It was disheartening to see my attorney seemingly working against me, rather than for me. The final straw was when Madden abruptly terminated our relationship without any substantial reason. This sudden decision left me scrambling to find new representation at a critical juncture in my case, adding unnecessary stress and financial burden. In summary, Attorney madden failed on multiple fronts: lack of communication, insufficient advocacy, and a surprising termination of services. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to steer clear of Attorney James D. Madden. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not wish it on anyone else.

An outstanding individual

Jim has represented me on more than one occasion. We have done business for over 30 years together, and he is the most inspiring and exciting man of the law I've ever known. Thanks, Jim, for all you have done, for me and my family !

Wronged in divorce

Just wanted to leave a review for Jim madden. He accepted $8000 from my mother to assist her in a rough divorce from an abusive spouse. He helped get the divorce decree finalized and set up all the terms that need to be followed. Come to find out, after the divorce was finalized, Jim actually does n...ot follow through with the decree. Basically he isn't your lawyer anymore so the decree does not matter, basically just a piece of paper that was written up for no reason. SEVERAL terms in my mothers decree have been violated and she is forced to deal with an abusive ex spouse which she thought she paid Jim to do. It is so sad to see my mother think she found a lawyer that would help, and come to find out he lied to her about everything. Very disappointed in this company.

Great lawyer

Great attorney who is honest and looks out for his clients. Represented our teenage son against a female adult and her daughter who created fake texts and emails in an attempt to blackmail him.

Complicated Case

I have been working with James Madden for over a year. My case is complicated and my X mis-states facts in both mediation and court, which adds a lot of stress. But Jim assured me that the truth would prevail. He took the time to fully read and understand my financial history (for the child suppor...t hearing) as well as my history with my ex-husband, which includes a stay away order (for the visitation hearing). I needed my story to be heard by the judge and Jim made sure I was able to do that. In the end, I am happy with the outcome on all of our trials. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for representation in family law.
