The Best

I can't say enough about Dayn! I was married to the biggest manipulator, to the point he had everyone fooled. It was very hard for me to trust anybody. I learned through this whole process that you have to connect with your lawyer meaning find the right fit, with Dayn I had that. He protected me an...d went above and beyond to the point I was even sending him text messages. I would never choose a different attorney, I know with him he will always have my best interest. We so far won the spousal support, and I finally have a taste of my own freedom. Freedom from a man that thinks he can over power anybody. NOT MY TEAM!

The Great White on your side.

Dayn is fiercely intelligent. He's the worst nightmare for your opponent. He does not sugarcoat when he speaks. He doesn't say what you want to hear but says what you have to hear. I kept my house and do not pay alimony after more than 10 years of marriage. Thank you Dayn.

Great communication and very assertive!

I first was introduced to Dayn through his law firm Holstrom, Block and Parke when I hired his firm to help me with a probate court case. Dayn was very assertive, he communicated with me professionally and made sure I was felt valued by him and his team. What I liked most was that Dayn wasn't just gi...ving me scripted, robotic answers but actually spoke to me like a human being and didn't sugarcoat anything so that I knew exactly what to expect. I got the same treatment from his colleagues as well. Having to sue someone is a long process which also gets costly. Thankfully Dayn and his team did their best to keep things affordable by making sure questions were answered promptly and sufficiently to keep me up to speed. In the end, I was able to get a settlement I was happy with and get justice for my father against a sibling who committed fraud and embezzlement from a trust. out of all the other firms out there, I am happy I chose Dayn and his team to represent and fight for me to get the justice I deserved.

Absolutely the Best!

My family has been working with Dayn Holstrom (Holstrom Block & Parke) for the past 6 years. Each time we were taken back to court by my wife’s ex husband to address property, custody, child support or false accusations. Dayn has successfully navigated us through California family law. We have never ...been dissatisfied with his services or any member within his team. Holstrom Block & Parke is both approachable and detail oriented. If you are looking for a winner look no further, they are truly who you want representing you—other attorneys aren’t even a competing second! Dayn is quick on his feet both inside and outside the courtroom when it comes to strategy. He has a lifetime of litigation experience, which is important to know during the attorney selection process, and, yes, this separates those who can only negotiate through paperwork and declarations from those who can win in court when negotiating is not an option. Through his comprehensive experience and deep understanding of family case law, there is no other family law attorney or practice I would consider putting my family’s hands in. He continues to exceeded our expectations. In our most recent hearing Dayn hit it out of the park to the point he was followed out of the courtroom being asked for business cards.

Very Professional and Attentive Partner!

Dayn has been very helpful in overseeing my child custody case since it began in mid 2015 to present day. Even when there have been complications, Dayn has made himself available to meet with me in person and over the phone to go over strategies. We have prevailed in each instance of court hearing...s and trials (there have been several). Dayn is a master of understanding the details and offers great insight and perspective to your unique situation. He has worked to ensure that I have the best attorney for my case and if there is an issue he will address it personally. I highly recommend him and his law firm for family court situations!!!
