Honest, Fair, Great Lawyer

David was great to work with, he understood me right from the start. If you're looking for a smart, fair lawyer who has integrity David is your guy. He knows his business very well, he's not judgmental at all, makes you feel comfortable. He's not one to make more work for himself (billable hours) I ...truly felt he was looking out for my best interest, and certainly explained everything in a simplistic way, getting to the point quickly. He was alway's available and returned emails and phone calls immediately. I felt like I was talking to a friend every time we spoke. Look no further, I'm glad I ended up here!

Hands down at the top of his profession!

I found David after having trouble getting my other “super lawyer” to reply in a timely manner. I was racing against the clock, with a ex that was trying to sabotage my life. David went straight to work, and was always accessible. He has the experience, acumen, and connections to get the best res...ults. We were able to get it taken care of without ever having to step in the court room. My family now has peace of mind. Thank you David Booth!

Great Lawyer

Mr. Booth is a fantastic lawyer. He is fair and always pushes for what is right for the children. He will not over promise and under deliver, and he will always shoot you straight to keep your expectations at a reasonable level. I would come to him for advice or legal services again.

David Booth- Exceptional Person and an Excellent Attorney

Divorce is not a pleasant experience. The process of dividing your life, or the life you thought you were building, brings with it a roller coaster of emotional, mental and in some cases physical stress that can leave you feeling depleted. There is no sugar coating it. Filing for divorce was not ...an easy decision for me but it was the right decision. My goal when I filed was to protect and preserve what was in the best interest of our child while at the same time ensuring that the terms were equitable. I was not looking to “take” my ex or “to get even” with my ex, I wanted to end a marriage that did not feel like a marriage and did not function like a marriage (even after trying). I met with several attorneys all of whom were excellent and provided me with insight, but none of them were the right fit for me. None of them were “the one.” It wasn’t until I met with David Booth that I had found “the one.” I read his bio, looked at his reviews and decided to give him a call. In fact the the last sentence in his bio says, “you should call me,” -I am glad I did. While my situation was straightforward, there was one issue pertaining to our child that David took an immediate concern/interest in. David formulated an approach that was neither an attack nor a concession; David provided a solution. This one issue was the only issue that ultimately went to trial. Due to David’s preparation and diligence and by the grace of God, we were successful in court as the judge ruled to safeguard my child’s interest and wellbeing. David Booth is exactly who he says he is; driven, disciplined and hard working. I found him to be honest, consciousness, open and patient. He walked me through the process, calmed me down when tensions were high and nudged me when I needed to look out for myself a little more. He returns phone calls/emails in a timely manner. He and his paralegal Patty left no corner unturned when working on my case. David knows when to be easy going and when to play hard ball. David was not the slightest bit phased by my ex’s attorney who is seasoned, expensive and knows everyone in the court building. After our success in court, I overheard my ex’s attorney give David a well-deserved compliment. Once the divorce was finalized, David assisted me with gaining compliance with the terms from my ex. Divorce is a process that takes thoroughness, attentiveness, and work. While it is understandable that you may want to hand over the issues for your attorney to take care of to escape the overwhelming pressure, it is important to remind yourself that you play a role in the process too. Your attorney is part of your team, a team that you are a member of. I understand that out of frustration people may tell their attorney “that’s what I pay you for” but keep in mind that unless you are in a social/financial bracket that allows you to be hands off, you must participate. That means educating yourself, gathering information, and taking time to read through everything. Your attorney is there to advise and navigate; but the decisions are up to you. Dedicating time on your end to ensure that you do your homework is essential because ultimately you and your child/children are the ones who have to live with it. David Booth is both an excellent attorney and an exceptional person who genuinely cares for his clients and looks to protect them. I am grateful to David for giving me peace of mind when it comes to my child and the role that he played in giving me future to look forward to. If you are on the fence, jump off and give him a call. Don’t rely just on reviews…schedule a meeting, talk to him and decide for yourself.

Professional, relatable, and knowledgeable

I thought I could handle my divorce without an attorney. I waited several months before realizing that was not going to be possible. I consulted with several before meeting with David. He made me feel comfortable and like he was someone that I wanted in my corner. He was knowledgeable, he helped me f...ormulate a plan, and had the expertise to carry out the plan. My divorce was not easy but he helped me navigate the process and respond properly and professionally until the settlement was signed. He was a great help and I would recommend him over and over again. Thank you David.
