I hired Mr. Madden last minute after being granted a temporary restraining order against the mother of my Fiance's son. I needed help moving forward with the permanent order and was desperate. This case was complicated, yucky and extensive. I had only a short time to meet with Mr. Madden and he caugh...t on quickly to the severity. After filing for my Temporary order without representation and making many rookie mistakes, Mr.Madden was able to clean them up. He sifted through all the complicated evidence and was able to provide a clear account of my suffering. Just yesterday we went to trial and I was granted a permanent restringing order. I now feel safe for the first time in 3 years. As all cases are important to those involved, this was particularity sensitive for my family. My Fiance being a Physician, myself a Teacher and Business Owner with a blended family, life is already stressful enough. Being harassed for the pure fact of wanting to live our lives together was daunting to say the least. James was fantastic! Responsive, aggressive and fair in handling my daughters case. My daughter is a good kid who got caught in a bad place.
