Complicated Case

I have been working with James Madden for over a year. My case is complicated and my X mis-states facts in both mediation and court, which adds a lot of stress. But Jim assured me that the truth would prevail. He took the time to fully read and understand my financial history (for the child suppor...t hearing) as well as my history with my ex-husband, which includes a stay away order (for the visitation hearing). I needed my story to be heard by the judge and Jim made sure I was able to do that. In the end, I am happy with the outcome on all of our trials. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for representation in family law.

Took my money and bailed

A few years back I hired James for a complicated custody case. His paralegal made it seem like I had nothing to worry about and it turned out later about 90% of the info she gave me was wrong. James up and left to some other law firm after doing NOTHING on my case. Literally nothing. They never even ...filed a single paper with the court. He made up some story about a big lawyer retiring and making some super lawyer team up in his place. Total BS. But to keep his representation, I would have to pay an entire new retainer. They sent me a bill for some BS charges so they wouldn't have to pay me back and that was the end of it. I'm still considering complaining to the BAR.

Best family attorney around

Mr. Madden took my case when nobody else would. Every attorney I had spoken with told me that my ex was going to win. I called Mr. Madden after speaking to him he WANTED my case. He fought long and hard for me. He went above and beyond his legal obligation to me as an attorney. In the beginning the ...ball was so far out of my court that I had begin to give up!!! He fought harder than I was ever capable of fighting. In the end I had won. I am now happily living with my son. Mr. Madden was able to pick me up when I felt I was not able to continue. If you want an attorney that is going to fight for you like you were one of his own I would suggest him!!!!

Cop vs con custody battle

My son came for vacation decided he didn't want to return to his mother on account of home life and new boyfriend she hit me with emergency custody and was informed by her sneaky lawyer day before court James was the only lawyer out of about 20 who felt he could help me everyone else said I was goin...g to lose because I was a convicted felon and she was a cop i was granted temp custody till next court hearing I personally felt I was going to have to give up my son his mother made me look real bad but James saw through the false claims and got me custody of my son I was real pleased with his performance i wouldn't have my son if not for him.... He is a great lawyer would highly recomend him .....

I have all faith in his work

Mr Madden is representing me for my case for divorce and custody. He is a very prepared attorney and I truly feel he has my best interest at the forefront. We went to court for custody after my ex tried only giving me 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. Not only did I get to keep my four days a week b...ut he got me everything to go in my favor and made opposing counsel look like a rookie. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer!
