Mother had the court behind her as my client was unrepresented. He was only allowed supervised visits for a few hours per week. We immediately got back into court and painted the true picture of what ... was actually happening between the parties. Within a few months we now have him with regular overnight visits and are working on a step-up plan to increase visitation to an equal share plan.
