James D. Madden

Just wanted to leave a review for Jim madden. He accepted $8000 from my mother to assist her in a rough divorce from an abusive spouse. He helped get the divorce decree finalized and set up all the terms that need to be followed. Come to find out, after the divorce was finalized, Jim actually does n...ot follow through with the decree. Basically he isn't your lawyer anymore so the decree does not matter, basically just a piece of paper that was written up for no reason. SEVERAL terms in my mothers decree have been violated and she is forced to deal with an abusive ex spouse which she thought she paid Jim to do. It is so sad to see my mother think she found a lawyer that would help, and come to find out he lied to her about everything. Very disappointed in this company.

I highly recommend James Madden as a Divorce attorney. His Law firm is very professional and efficient. James really makes you feel important and he has always been available to talk or meet in person. James always had my best interest when representing me in my divorce case and every time we went to... court we got very positive results. I cant say enough good thing s about Mr. Madden and his law firm of CKB Vienna. Mr. Madden represents that law firm with the utmost respect and has represented me in my Divorce with the utmost respect and I am so glad I had him as my attorney. Mr Madden is representing me for my case for divorce and custody. He is a very prepared attorney and I truly feel he has my best interest at the forefront. We went to court for custody after my ex tried only giving me 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. Not only did I get to keep my four days a week b...ut he got me everything to go in my favor and made opposing counsel look like a rookie. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer!

Sons mothers moved away. He was only 1 but I had 22 percent custody and she was just trying to take my son from me. I listened to Madden, it was stressfull, expensive, and alot of work, but everything worked out. I was elated. My sons mother moved back and I have 50 percent custody. Afterwards I ref...fered Madden two friends and he handled their divorces and another friend interned for him after graduating law school. Madden is a local guy, he knows the courts and he knows everyone from the judges to the sheriffs. He's experienced and if I hadn't hired him I probably would have an uncle type of relationship with my son and not the close father-son bond we have today.

I never imagined divorce would be this difficult to go through, especially after moving cross country to be with my family. When it came evident that my marriage was headed for divorce I started calling different attorney's. The free consultations on the average lasted between 20-30minutes and I was...n't impressed with their responses. So I did more research online about Law firms that are advocates for father's rights and HOLSTROM, SISSUNG, MARKS & ANDERSON, APLC was the best for my situation and their reviews were outstanding!!!! Their free consultation lasted about an hour and they didn't try to rush me off the phone like some other firms!!! Mr. Madden and his paralegal had me come in and right away they made me feel at home. Mr.Madden did a great job of preparing me for what was ahead and educating me on the legal aspect of divorce pertaining to California laws. In court he did a FANTASTIC JOB OF FIGHTING FOR ME AND LISTENING TO WHAT I WANTED!!!! Mr. Madden, his paralegal, and the entire firm makes me feel like family each time I walk through the door especially with me not being from California that is important to me. Mr.Madden and his team have gone far and beyond to help me. They respond quickly to my concerns with professionalism and efficiency!! He was able to get custody for me and protect me as an individual. I don't know where I would be without Mr.Madden concerning the most important matter in my life which is my daughter and protecting my rights as a FATHER!!!!!!!
