Complicated Case

I have been working with James Madden for over a year. My case is complicated and my X mis-states facts in both mediation and court, which adds a lot of stress. But Jim assured me that the truth would prevail. He took the time to fully read and understand my financial history (for the child suppor...t hearing) as well as my history with my ex-husband, which includes a stay away order (for the visitation hearing). I needed my story to be heard by the judge and Jim made sure I was able to do that. In the end, I am happy with the outcome on all of our trials. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for representation in family law.

Great Divorce Attorney

Excellent Divorce Attorney

I highly recommend James Madden as a Divorce attorney. His Law firm is very professional and efficient. James really makes you feel important and he has always been available to talk or meet in person. James always had my best interest when representing me in my divorce case and every time we went to... court we got very positive results. I cant say enough good thing s about Mr. Madden and his law firm of CKB Vienna. Mr. Madden represents that law firm with the utmost respect and has represented me in my Divorce with the utmost respect and I am so glad I had him as my attorney. Mr. Madden is very knowledgeable with family law and was very professional in our court room appearances. I will continue to use Mr. Madden and CBK Vienna for any and all my legal circumstances. Civil Restraining Order.

I hired Mr. Madden last minute after being granted a temporary restraining order against the mother of my Fiance's son. I needed help moving forward with the permanent order and was desperate. This case was complicated, yucky and extensive. I had only a short time to meet with Mr. Madden and he caugh...t on quickly to the severity. After filing for my Temporary order without representation and making many rookie mistakes, Mr.Madden was able to clean them up. He sifted through all the complicated evidence and was able to provide a clear account of my suffering. Just yesterday we went to trial and I was granted a permanent restringing order. I now feel safe for the first time in 3 years. As all cases are important to those involved, this was particularity sensitive for my family. My Fiance being a Physician, myself a Teacher and Business Owner with a blended family, life is already stressful enough. Being harassed for the pure fact of wanting to live our lives together was daunting to say the least. Mr. Madden winning our case means I will be safe at my work places, safe to parent my soon to be step son and safe to move forward with our wedding without the fear of the unknown. Mr.Madden's professionalism and his caring nature has changed our lives, I feel extremely confident in recommending him and will be hiring him again this week to push forward with my Fiance's portion of our case.
