Yousef as My Attorney

Yousef made himself available the same day I called seeking an attorney, which other attorney offices wanted to schedule a meeting after the courts deadline to file my response. He reviewed my paperwork and asked plenty of questions to try to seek out all avenues to fight my case. I would highly re...commend Yousef to my family and friends because he followed up and was very nice and understanding of my situation. Even though I had no merit to stay in my apartment I feel like Yousef won me the case because I don't have an eviction on my record and I don't have to move out for 6 months!! He definitely came through for me in negotiations!!

Unlawful eviction Mr. Monadjemi helped me with and won!

Landlord tried to evict me and my girlfriend without a legal reason. I needed to find someone to help me in one day. Yousef was the first one who got back to me and was ready to meet me the very next day after we spoke as he was planning to have the day off. I had a very bad feeling about everything ...until the moment I met him. He was so confident and gave me the feeling of security I needed. His actions were right on point as there was nothing he would get surprised of which told me he was very very experienced. He was more than professional and friendly with us in court as I was proud to have someone like him represent me. I knew I made the right choice with him. He gave no space to the opposite side to act and took the case to a full victory. If I ever need someone to help me in such situation, I would never even think of hiring someone else but Yousef Monadjemi. From all my experience with lawyers, he is the most reasonable and honest person you can get help from. He is simply brilliant! He will win your case!

Pleased with Yousef as an eviction attorney

Our condo association needed a kawyer to evict a tenant in a condo unit that the association owned. We hired Yousef. He was very helpful and charged much less than other eviction attorneys. We would use him again if we needed eviction services.

Best Lawyer
