Joseph helped me get what I deserved after my landlord, a massive corporation office working in different states, ignored my rights and made me suffer for several months. I was dealing with cockroaches for about 5 months, reported to the building management many times and got no luck! Every time the manager would bring in treatment staff and fug the whole unit, which would cause more issues with breathing, skin rashes, irritation, and so on. Unfortunately, Dignity Law did not come up in any of my initial Yelp or Google searches for "tenant landlord law", but hopefully more people will save time and aggravation by hiring him from the get go.
