The Best

Attempted to navigate an eviction of a tenant myself however realized I needed help when the tenant obtained an attorney and fought the eviction. Did some quick research online to find an attorney with good reviews and found attorney Monadjemi. Met with him the next day and immediately felt a sense o...f relief. He was professional, confident, straightforward, his prices very reasonable, he spoke in layman's terms so there was never any miscommunication and he responded to all my one question emails almost as quickly as I sent them. The whole process went smoothly, all my requests of the tenants were agreed upon and the tenants were evicted. I would retain attorney Monadjemi in a heartbeat should I ever need assistance with any area of practice he handles.

The Attorney who will surpass all your expectations

After meeting with Mr. Monadjemi the first time, I knew that I had chosen the appropriate person who will take care of all my needs. He is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. His professionalism, excellent communication skills and welcoming aura had made my uneasiness of going through my case so mu...ch easier and hassle free. I have already recommended him to an associate and will continue to do so for any future requests. I HIGHLY recommend Yousef who needs more than a competent attorney. He has become more than my attorney, but an entrusted friend and confidant.

Glad I found him

He has helped me avoid disaster severql t]\\]][\\\\]]]] He has helped me avoid disaster several times. He called me from the courtroom to remind me of my appointment I had noted the wrong day. He then arranged an out of court settlement and helped me avoid a long and expensive trial while still ...getting my objective met. All without additional expense to me. A true professional, he gives lawyers a whole new reputation.
