Best in the business!!

I had a very problematic tenant who I was unable to remove from my property for a very long time. Thankfully, Yousef and his team were able to get my tenant out without facing any issues or long waiting periods. I am so grateful to have found such a great attorney after searching for so long. I had h...ired 2 other attorneys who were unable to get the job done before finding Yousef. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

Talk to Yousef first!

I am very thankful for Yousef taking the time to handle my car accident injury case. I am very pleased with the settled amount. He is easy to talk too, but yet he is professional and straight forward. He is quick to respond via email or telephone, always keeping me updated. I would return back, ho...pefully not anytime soon :) But of course, I would return and recommend everyone to trust Yousef to handle their case.

Good citizen

There is no better attorney than Yousef. He is the only attorney I trust to handle landlord/squatter issues. His firm has simplified the process for all sorts of problems I’ve ever had with scary squatters. He was able to approach the eviction case with care and professionalism. Real Estate Super Star Attorney

Yousef has been on retainer and a great advisor on my current eviction case. He is a great at strategy and knows or is familiar with many of the judges. He is a straight shooter and provides prompt responses. I highly recommend Yousef for any real estate issue.

Masterful

I was faced with a very difficult legal situation involving a landlord-tenant matter. The other party had very aggressive attorneys who tried to push me into accepting their offers. Mr. Monadjemi stood firm and the matter did end up in trial. Mr. Monadjemi was a master in court and I prevailed. I... could not have done this without his expertise and support.
