Eviction case stalled due to non-service

hired attorney Yousef Monadjemi on December 7, 2025, and paid $2,400 for representation in a residential eviction case. A Three‑Day Notice had to be re‑served due to a process server error, delaying the filing. The complaint was filed on December 16, 2025. Between December 17 and 29, eight service at...tempts were made, but no substituted service was completed and no proof of service was filed. As a result, the tenants remained in possession without paying rent for December and January, totaling $7,350 in unpaid rent. I requested updates and documents but did not receive timely responses. On January 2, I was told a refund would only be issued if I signed a substitution form that day. On January 6, I was informed the attorney would withdraw. The case did not progress beyond the initial filing.

Yousef is the best. He did the eviction for me. Always answer my email, keep me posted all the time. I definitely recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you for your help.

Wonderful representation! Information explained in a way that's easy to understand regarding complex issues! Great communication skills with ongoing updates provided anytime of day or night! Friendly & easy to talk to . Honest and direct! I have very high expectations and can be a little bit of a pil...l to deal with at times but this guy met my match. My husband and I hired another lawyer 5 months ago and paid him $5000. That lawyer did absolutely nothing for us. Nothing!!He didn't even speak to the tenant on our behalf. . Yousef has done more for us in the past week than that lawyer ever did in 5 months and for half the price. Don't make the same mistake my husband and I made and hire an attorney at some big law firm because you're scared and don't know any better . Learn from our mistake . Yousef is the man you want on your team. Don't wait, hire Yousef today!!

Peace of mind achieved!

I was met with a difficult tenant situation that had me anxiety-ridden and losing sleep. I knew I had to get an attorney and a good one for solid advice and guidance. And that was exactly what I found in Yousef. He went above and beyond in being accessible and thorough. He alleviated my worries almos...t immediately. Eviction

Mr. Yousef is the best Attorney in the Valley, he helped me evict my tenants.Before I met him and his group I was trying for over 5 months I couldn't do anything. Until I met him and his wonderful group! They really made a change in the amount of time they have given us. He really had the best custom...er service as well he would always check up on me and keep in touch if I ever needed support. I'm really thankful. I would really recommend Mr Yousef! If you need help to evict someone.
