Hired For Tenant Evictions

Yousef is a great attorney. Knowledgeable responsive and reasonably price. I've used his services for 3-evictions, and I'm happy with the level of representation he has provided. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommended

I retained Mr. Monadjemi while I was overseas and needed to serve my tenants with eviction papers in California. He was not recommended to me by anyone, but I had mined and studied his profile on the net amongst several other lawyers and decided, rightly as it turned out, that he would be the best c...hoice. Mr. Monadjemi skillfully navigated me through some very difficult legal terrains due to my absence from the country and the nature of the rental lease. I eventually received favorable judgement without even having to go to trial, saving me therefore all the added expense and grief that a trial would have entailed. He was extremely helpful and available for assistance, even promptly answering my emails and many inquiries after office hours. I would highly recommend Mr. Monadjami's legal services: he is a cool-headed and brilliant strategist. He has extensive knowledge of the law and and an admirable sense of justice. I placed my trust in his reliable law firm and it paid off.

Yousef Monadjemi

Yousef was great he was there next to us in all aspects of our case.Very informative and on top of everything. Yes I would recommend You see to anyone who needs a good and experience lawyer.

Eviction Case

We own a property and, unfortunately, had to evict the tenant. After MANY setbacks and obstacles with the case, we were introduced to Yousef. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we hired him immediately. He came in, knew exactly what to do and lifted a huge burden off our shoulders. H...e kept us informed of every detail throughout the entire process and always made himself available for questions and concerns (and believe me, we had a lot!). He was a pleasure to work with and we would most definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent lawyer.

Great experience

I had a tenant who didn't pay me for a few months and caused trouble and damages to my property and my lawyer helped me to win the case.
