An Attorney with Extensive Experience and a Vast Network

I am posting this anonymously because of the sensitive nature of the case, but I was a first time offender, who had broken a law that I had never known existed. From the time that I met David, I knew that I was in good hands. He put my mind at ease, when he walked into the courtroom and I saw firstha...nd, the rapport that he had built over years, with just about everyone in the court room. I knew that he was an experienced criminal lawyer who would fight hard for me, provide me with sound advice and make sure that my life would not be ruined by one stupid mistake. Thank you David.

How to calculate time in jail

Mr.Kestenbaum was a great help. I got a better understanding of how sentencing takes place, as well as knowing when the sentencing time starts and when it might end. I thank him for all of he's knowledge. Thank you very much for your help.

Great Lawyer

Out of 10+ lawyers I called for consultation through avvo and different sites Atty. Kestenbaum is definitely the only one that was able to answer my questions precisely during the consultation without holding anything back. I have been problematic about my case for about 4 days and after I called hi...m I definitely felt relieved because he was able to let me know the exact scenario as to what my case will be like. I still have another motion to process and will definitely hire Atty. David to handle it.

Excellent Attorney!

David Kestenbaum was my saving grace during a difficult time, He produced a more than favorable outcome in my case, Mr. Kestenbaum will listen to you, he will return messages promptly, he will never blow you off as just another number on the list.....this is the guy you want advocating for you! he w...on't back down, he's respected by the judges, District Attorneys office and court staff. I never thought I would be in a position to have to hire an Attorney, but I'm glad I found David and his firm and decided to retain them to represent me, it was the best decision I ever made, Mr. Kestenbaum made a unfortunate time more tolerable, and supported and advised me throughout the legal process. he's really just a down to earth nice guy.
