Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

From the beginning of my experience with David, he has delivered on his promises. I was cited for a DUI. He told me he knew everyone including the DA's at Van Nuys court from his decades of experience; it was amusing but true. David referred me to Anthony Scott for my DMV hearing and with his experti...se, the DMV set aside my license suspension. David ensured me that this favorable result and his expertise would strengthen my case. Two months later, my DUI charge was dismissed to an ex. speed plea! Fought Hard For Me and Saved My Job

I was referred to David Kestenbaum by a friend after I was arrested for DUI. I met with David and from the very beginning he was honest and upfront about the situation and what the likely consequences were. Despite having a 0.16 BAC, David fought relentlessly for me and ultimately was able to get the... charges reduced to a Wet Reckless, keeping my license and keeping my job at the same time. I would definitely recommend!

Trust me!

Well,...... First of all, 5 starts are not enough to express my experience with David.It is more like 200 Starts.... I was charged for "Hit and Run" and my 2nd DUI........ 2 years ago. I hired David and he made my problems go away, He is honest, hard working, and upfront about everything. I just h...ad my court date last week that I was told that we were going to Trial, I was there on the Trial date. When he showed up, he had already made all of my problems go away.I was in shock.... No trial, and I just had to pay $750 fee to the court and walked out of court without doing any jail time.He is the one You need to hire. If you do not believe me, send me PM. Amazing attorney! Honest and helpful

David was the third lawyer I consulted after my DUI arrest and once I spoke with him in person I knew immediately I wanted him to take on my case. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a wet reckless and for that I am forever grateful! He really helped save my nursing career because of it.
