Stephanie McClure is a blessing. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and beyond caring. I ‘HAD’ a theft three crime record dating back to 1983. I’ve been in the USA on a Greencard since 1963. She was able to dismiss my brother’s case from 2008. My brother had a complicated 2nd degree felony from 2008 which prevented him from entering the US legally again. Although he had pleaded guilty and had a felony on his record, Stephanie was able to reopen and remove the felony guilty plea from reco...rd and drop everything down to a disturbing the peace infraction, a very small fine.
