Our case resulted in a positive decision in immigration court in Florida.

We reached out to Anna’s law firm for representation in our political asylum case in the United States. This was a completely new and emotionally challenging process for our family, so it was important to find someone we could trust -not only to prepare documents, but also to guide us through the pro...cess with a clear strategy. Before making our decision, we researched many reviews and different attorneys. We chose Anna because of the consistently positive feedback and the emphasis people placed on her structured approach. Our entire case was handled remotely - we never visited the office or met in person. Despite that, the process felt organized and smooth from beginning to end. From the start, everything was clearly structured. We always knew what the next step would be, received detailed instructions, timelines, and explanations, and never felt lost in the process. It was clear that the team had extensive experience and established systems in place. What we appreciated most was the preparation. Documents were organized on time, requests were clear, and the process never created unnecessary stress for us as clients. We also especially appreciated the preparation for the hearing. We received practical guidance about possible scenarios, how the hearing would work, and how to prepare for questions, which helped us feel much more confident. Our case resulted in a positive decision in immigration court in Florida. Outstanding immigration attorney

I hired Anna Tsibel to prepare and file the green card application for my wife (I-130 and I-485), and she literally aced it! My family members used her services in the past, and we had no doubts about the success. Interaction with the attorney was 100% remote, but Anna organized and streamlined the ...document collection process and filed the forms with the USCIS quickly. During the wait, she prepared us for the interview and provided advice on the ever-changing immigration policies. She answered all our questions in a timely and professional manner. Great service, beyond our expectations.

We are beyond pleased with Anna and how she handled our daughter getting her Green Card. Her service is beyond excellent! Every step of the way Anna was there advising us and handling the difficult process that would be beyond our ability to do ourselves. It was a weekend when she called to let us kn...ow that our daughter has been given a Green Card, she is always available...at least it seems that way. I highly recommend her sevice to anyone seeking help with Immigration issues.

I strongly recommend staying away from this lawyer

I strongly recommend staying away from this lawyer. Due to her negligence, or possibly the negligence of her staff (if she has any), there were serious mistakes in my case. My court hearings were postponed several times because my personal documents were not properly attached to my case file. At one ...point, the prosecutor even wanted to deny my case, claiming that I had taken someone else’s spot. After my case was lost, she gave me time to think about filing an appeal until a specific date. However, before even waiting for my response, she refused to continue working with me. Her services are extremely expensive, yet there is no sense of responsibility for the outcome or the quality of work. My advice: stay away from this attorney and her office. She is very arrogant and demonstrates a highly unprofessional and incompetent attitude toward her clients.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I take concerns about legal representation seriously. However, because of attorney-client confidentiality obligations, I cannot discuss or respond to the specific details of any individual case in a public forum. What I can say generally is that immigration court proceedings are controlled by the court and the government, including scheduling decisions, document handling within the court’s filing system, and the timing of hearings. Attorneys do not control those processes. In addition, decisions about appeals must follow strict deadlines and require clear written authorization from the client. My office works diligently to provide thorough and careful representation, and our cases go through multiple levels of review before filing. While legal outcomes can never be guaranteed, we take our professional responsibilities very seriously. If any former client has concerns about their case, I encourage them to contact our office directly so the matter can be addressed privately.
