We found ourselves in a dire situation when instead of getting the greencard, our son was facing deportation. We made a mistake attempting the filing of the immigration forms for him ourselves, and realized that it's more complicated that it seemed when he got a denial. We had to find the best attorn...ey to undo the damage we created, and after long searches, we decided to work with Anna Tsibel. She was recommended by many and had stellar reviews online. During the very first consultation with her we realized what a huge difference an experienced immigration attorney can make! She explained to us what mistakes we made, and created a plan of action. She began contacting the government agencies about our son's situation right away. It was a long process, and everything had to be completed before our son turned 18, despite immigration offices being closed due to covid, our consulate changed from Moscow to Warsaw, etc. Anna was on top of it all, and even expedited the consular interview. It was very scary to take our son outside the United States, we were thinking what if his immigrant visa is refused, but everything went very well, and now we all have greencards.

Immigration process

Before coming to Anna Tsibel at Ace Immigration, I was in an abusive marriage and going through my immigration process. It was a really dark and stressful time for me and I was looking for legal advice. One of my friends sent me Anna’s contact and said she specializes in cases similar to mine. Right ...away I reached out to her and received a lot of very helpful information over the phone, Anna explained to me the process of what needs to be done and I had all my trust to work with her on my case. I was 19 years old at the time and Anna was very supportive and caring. She made sure to come and meet me in person in the area where I live as I didn’t have the ability to drive to the office. I felt secure and all my questions and concerns were always answered throughout the whole process. Anna and I had my case ready within 2 weeks and shortly after Anna attended my interview with me. Now, after 2.5 years, I received my permanent resident card and I couldn’t be happier!!! I’m really grateful for all the help and support I have received from Ace Immigration. Highly recommended to whoever is going through a hard period in their life and needs help with their immigration process.

Finally a US citizen!!

My husband and I started to work with Anna at Ace Immigration in 2018 on my green card application after 3 rejections on a tourist visa. In less than 12 months I moved to the USA(Los Angeles) and after living here for 3 years(minimum term before applying) - applied for Naturalization. I got invited t...o the interview in a couple of months and finally became a US citizen! Anna is very professional, cares about her clients and we really appreciate her always staying in touch and updating us on the progress of our case. We highly recommend Anna and Ace Immigration and couldn't be more grateful!

We are just so happy

We came to Anna in need of immigration services related to our recent marriage. We were extremely daunted by the task at hand. Anna outlined everything that we needed to do and prepared our case in a way that gave us great confidence that we were on the right track and in the right hands. At every st...ep of the way she detailed what each procedure was about, what we needed to prepare and what all the red tape was about. She took care of all of the difficult and complicated nitty gritty, all we had to do was gather the information she so clearly requested. After successfully receiving my green card we look back and are so grateful to have been in the hands of someone so competent. We don’t know how we could of done it without her!
