Green card case

My husband needed help acquiring his permanent residence and Green Card. We primarily communicated with the lawyer from home because she was from California and we were in Texas- Despite the distance she helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. In fact, we went into the ...meeting over prepared, and I am very pleased to say that my husband received his Green Card barely a year or so after our meeting. It was such a relief to get that card in the mail. Thank you for your help Ms. Moreas!

Asylum LGBTQ+ case

After a long search for a trustworthy immigration lawyer for our asylum LGBTQ+ case, we were fortunate to find Anna Moreas. She is thorough, methodical, competent, ethical, and transparent. All our questions were answered promptly over email/phone/skype. The paperwork was always meticulously prep...ared and reviewed. After our application was filed in 2016, we were waiting for the immigration interview for about three years. Throughout those years, Anna kept us in the loop, notified about all related law changes and deadline updates. When our lawyer learned that there is a chance to expedite our interview, she immediately told us about that opportunity, and instead of waiting for several more years, we got our date scheduled within ten days. When the interview got scheduled, Anna did an outstanding job preparing us both legally and mentally. As a result, my wife and I got an asylum! I would recommend Anna without hesitation to anyone requiring legal assistance!

Many of my friends who immigrated to the U.S. were sharing negative experiences working with immigration attorneys who appeared to be a scam. When I moved to the U.S., as any other immigrant I had to hire an attorney who would help me to go through this complicated process: I didn’t know anyone, and ...my friends couldn’t really give me any references. I found Anna’s legal firm back in 2016 in Google and took a risk to work with her on my immigration case. Luckily for me, I found one of the best attorneys available on the market (sorry to my friends). I’ve been working with Anna for more than 4 years now, we got our case approved without any issues.   During the whole process (almost 4 years), Anna was collaborative, punctual, attentive to every single detail. She’s also VERY supportive on personal level — my experience working with Anna was more like getting very professional help from a friend rather than a hired attorney.   Anna always takes extra steps and thinks 10 steps ahead. These qualities helped us to push our case and getting it approved way faster.    I highly recommend you to work with Anna.

Excellent attorney, trustworthy person.

Anyone with an immigration situation knows that the right lawyer truly influence a positive outcome. Just a month ago I was facing a tough phase with my case. Got a notice of denial and some documents were delayed. Thanks to the hard work and the wise approach that Anna Moreas implemented to appeal t...he case, I got the case reopen and shortly after the approval for adjustment of status.
