I strongly recommend staying away from this lawyer

I strongly recommend staying away from this lawyer. Due to her negligence, or possibly the negligence of her staff (if she has any), there were serious mistakes in my case. My court hearings were postponed several times because my personal documents were not properly attached to my case file. At one ...point, the prosecutor even wanted to deny my case, claiming that I had taken someone else’s spot. After my case was lost, she gave me time to think about filing an appeal until a specific date. However, before even waiting for my response, she refused to continue working with me. Her services are extremely expensive, yet there is no sense of responsibility for the outcome or the quality of work. My advice: stay away from this attorney and her office. She is very arrogant and demonstrates a highly unprofessional and incompetent attitude toward her clients.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I take concerns about legal representation seriously. However, because of attorney-client confidentiality obligations, I cannot discuss or respond to the specific details of any individual case in a public forum. What I can say generally is that immigration court proceedings are controlled by the court and the government, including scheduling decisions, document handling within the court’s filing system, and the timing of hearings. Attorneys do not control those processes. In addition, decisions about appeals must follow strict deadlines and require clear written authorization from the client. My office works diligently to provide thorough and careful representation, and our cases go through multiple levels of review before filing. While legal outcomes can never be guaranteed, we take our professional responsibilities very seriously. If any former client has concerns about their case, I encourage them to contact our office directly so the matter can be addressed privately.

Our case was extremely complex and came with constant stress. From the very beginning, Anna took full control of the process and built a clear, well-thought-out strategy that played a decisive role in securing asylum for our older son. Despite the alarming news and the overall tense immigration clima...te in 2025, we consistently felt protected and confident throughout the entire process. Anna worked with exceptional care and professionalism. A large volume of documents was collected and reviewed multiple times, and during the hearing it became clear just how critical this level of preparation was. Communication with Anna was flawless—she was always available, proactively guided the case, provided clear instructions, and carefully explained every step. The preparation for the hearing exceeded all expectations and significantly reduced our anxiety. As a result, the government attorney asked only a few questions and immediately waived the right to appeal. The judge openly stated that our chances of success were initially low, especially for our older son, but that the way the attorney prepared and presented the case made the positive decision possible. Anna is an attorney you can trust without hesitation with your family’s future. We are deeply grateful for her work and for the outcome she achieved.
