Michael Harrington received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. in psychology and a B.A. in philosophy from Boston College. Michael has been practicing elder law and estate planning since 2005 when he started his own law practice in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2008, he opened an office in Nashua, New Hampshire. Michael enjoys working with elders and their families. He is an ombudsman for Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley. As an ombudsman, Michael checks in on residents of a nursing home to make sure that they are being cared for in a compassionate and ethical manner.

I was recommended to attorney Harrington by a friend. I hired him to create an estate plan for my husband and I. He did an excellent job and answered every question we had about how trusts work and funding the trust so that we could avoid probate.
