Resolving L-1 visa case

Where do I begin? Let’s start what had happened to me and then let’s see how David and his team helped me escape from a very deep pit… I’m an international employee working on a worldwide scale. My employer periodically moves me from one country to another where my expertise is most needed. A... few years ago I was assigned to the US where I spent a couple of years working under a L-1 visa. I bought a house, a car and everything was going good until the moment when I had to leave the country to renew my visa. I went to the visa interview outside the US and the consular officer decided to put my case under 221g processing. That’s where the hardship began. I had sunk into an administrative limbo with no clue whether my visa is going to be issued or denied, and I had no idea when my 221g processing would end. All my belongings remained in the US, and I had no ability access them through any means. 6 months passed – no updates on my case. 12 months later – the same. Multiple requests and appeals to the consular post composed by me and my employer didn’t bring any movement to my case. My visa case stayed frozen and buried deeply somewhere. After two years of painful waiting for the end of the administrative processing, I realized that the chance of getting my visa case resolved ‘naturally’ is close to zero. A jurisdictional intervention became an obvious move to start seeking a solution. I did extensive Internet research to find the right attorney, contacted several lawyers and this is how I found David Strashnoy Law company. It was my lucky day after 2 years of desperation. David started positively impressing me even before our first interview. I scheduled it, and in a couple of hours I got an email with a simple but extremely meaningful request ‘Please, describe your story and send an email to me. I’d like to be prepared for an interview and make it most efficient’. That’s how things started developing. Then, after signing a contract, David’s team started working on my case very diligently. They scrutinized every fact and event tied it to my visa. They paid attention to every detail provided by me. They answered every question (I raised many of them) with very meaningful comments and explanations. It was a very productive two-way communication. All my emails had been responded to in a very timely manner. After all I got a true feeling that my case was in the right hands and it was being taken care of in the best possible way. Then, a long, extremely professionally compiled complaint was submitted to the court. A few weeks later my visa case was positively resolved and I got my visa. I’m typing this review from my house that I couldn’t enter for over 2+ years. My desperation and nightmares are gone now, and it’s because of David and his team. I can’t imagine how my life would go and where I would be now if I didn’t get support from them. Deepest THANK YOU to them, from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent Experience!

I went to David and his team after receiving a denial on my first EB1 petition working with a local lawyer. David took the time to understand my profile and we successfully applied for my EB2 NIW petition based on his recommendation. This approval gave the confidence to move forth with my pursuits. D...uring the entire process, David pushed me to improve my profile with an EB1 petition as our eventual goal. A year after my EB2 NIW approval, David and his team prepared, what I can confidently state, was an incredibly thorough and professional EB1 petition that was eventually approved! I would recommend David Strashnoy to anyone looking to secure their future in the United States. The level of expertise is bar none. It has been an absolute pleasure working with David and his team.

Helpful, Knowledgeable and Available

My sister was erroneously classified to F2B and supposed to have already arrived in the US 5 years ago. I hired a lawyer back in 2019 who claimed she wrote to NVC but could not prove it. I hired David on June 2024 on a desperate final attempt and my sister got her visa on November 2024 and has moved ...to the US this month. I wanted to get it over and done with and I was telling him on our first meeting that we should just litigate and he said why would you spend over $10,000, if we can get it done in under $3000. He helped us so much with dealing with NVC errors, responds to emails promptly even on nights and weekends. I don’t usually write reviews but I personally vouch for David and recommend him at work and the only one I trust to handle my family’s immigration matters. Thank you again, David!
