About Korosh
Biography
Korosh Torkzadeh’s entire practice is dedicated to representing victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases through highly contested and complex litigation.
Each consecutive year between 2015 and 2019, Korosh was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor only given to 2.5% of the lawyers in the state. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, Korosh has been named to the Best Lawyers list for his work in Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs, and was nominated as the “Consumer Attorney of the Year” by one of the most well-respected legal organizations in the country – the Consumer Attorneys of California.
Korosh played an integral part in a nationwide litigation effort against a medical device manufacturer; that case resulted in a $14,250, confidential settlement. In 2014, Korosh represented a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at a crosswalk, and obtained a jury verdict in excess of $26,000,. And in 2018, he recovered $1,400, for a motorcycle accident victim.
Korosh believes that corporate responsibility is paramount in our society, and that building a safer community requires those who have caused harm, whether through intent or carelessness, to be held responsible. He represents clients in a wide variety of cases, and is committed to advocating on behalf of clients who have been harmed by the negligence of corporations, manufacturers, insurance companies and public entities. He firmly believes in fighting on behalf of the people, representing his clients’ best interests, and seeking full and just compensation for them.
In 2010, Korosh received his law degree from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, Korosh attended the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a degree in Political Science. Korosh is a member of the State Bar of California, and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Orange County Bar Association.
