I drove 40 miles to see Boris. He sat there and was very Knowledgeable and informative yet there was this sarcastic demeanor about him which rubbed me the wrong way. I felt that his comments about my mental disability and how I reminded him of his son very unprofessional. Then the life lessons which ...he was trying to dictate to me where upsetting. Discussing the way I should speak and the way I should start a sentence... It made me feel like I never had spoken to another human being before and I was a baby who has no idea what the real world is like. I will give him credit as a reputable lawyer and left well informed of my case.

I have hired a series of different attorneys to assist me in the past for many different reasons...negotiating contracts, real estate issues, etc...but I recently found myself in a new situation. I needed an attorney to help me with a car accident that recently happened to me. Someone backed into my... brand new Ferrari on the freeway. Yes...it had less than 7k miles on the car...and was my dream car. I had owned the car probably about a month or two at the time. I was devastated to say the least. I didn't do anything wrong. It was just a driver behind me who wasn't paying attention. This driver slammed into the back of my car causing car damage and medical damage me. I felt completely alone. Someone told me about Boris Gorbis...I had heard he was one (if not the best) of the best accident attorneys I could find. Well, I went in there somewhat apprehensive because of my previous encounter with the attorney I parted ways with. What can I say other than Boris Gorbis is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with...he was terrific. Unlike most lawyers I have used in the past, Boris took the time to really explain to me, in a way I could understand, the step by step process of the legal path I will be taking, and also, he explained how I could and should be involved with the case...rather than wait for others to simply do things for me. Because of his knowledge, wisdom, and warmth, I would recommend him to anyone...family, friend, anybody who is looking for an attorney who is not out there to just try and just get their commission, or treat you like "just another client". He genuinely cared about me and my case, and most importantly, has managed to get me financially the most, I am sure, possible from my case so far. I still am awaiting a further settlement which I expect will be extremely handsome. Even his secretary, Irina, is also very caring and goes over and above her requirements...she was extremely resourceful and helpful. Boris Gorbis, if you look up this man's credentials, they match the man that you will get as an attorney. He is known as one of the best (if not the best), in the industry, and I certainly understand why. I do not pull punches when someone doesn't treat me right, but I am also someone who will give someone a review he/she deserves. And I am not telling anything but the truth about this attorney. In the future, I would never even consider using an another attorney, and for those people who are looking for an attorney to assist them, I personally think you would be crazy to use any other in the industry. He is, in my humble opinion, by far the best attorney I have worked with across the board.

My case began with multiple traumas due to auto accident. I spent 18 days in the hospital, sustained two major surgeries.
