Horrible and unprofessional

I had a case with them a few years back from a referral and they did a horrible job of their due diligence when it came to finding out the other party's insurance limitations. Due to their negligence, they wasted time and my settlement money sending me to get MRI/X-Rays that were not able to be used ...for further treatments and the treatment they sent me to was horrible. I was VERY vocal about my needs at treatment and was ignored. I was not treated for my pain and suffering. back and knee injuries just don't go away, not even with $4500.

Great attorney to retain in a personal injury litigation

Retained Attorney Bergener to handle my complex personal injury case when I determined my extensive insurance knowledge was not enough to deal with insurance companies who were just out there without my own personal interests in mind. If I need an experienced personal injury attorney again I would no...t hesitate to reach out to the Bergener firm again. Thank you James

Did a great job!

I had a exquisite experience with each the lawyers and group of workers of the James. I had a small case and did now not expect a big agreement but they made certain to communicate with me at some stage in the whole technique and I ended up with a ways extra than I ever expected. Excellent representative

I would rather suggest Attorney James to symbolize you. He become approachable and defined the entirety very it seems that. Always available when I had questions!
