David Horowitz III moved very quickly on a personal injury case.
After one meeting he had hammered out a course of action that seemed plausible and likely to get results.
Within a week he had put the plan into action. and amazingly within six weeks had an offer to settle that was acceptable
I only met with Mr. Horowitz twice, once to form a plan, and the second time to sign settlement papers. All minor details were handled over the phone by his staff that always seemed to know exactly how to handle minor issues. I always felt they knew me and my concerns, and had solutions ready for anything.
I am very happy with his services, and would recommend him without hesitation.

I lost my boyfriend to a terrible auto accident, and my daughter also got badly injured in the accident. My sister-in-law’s sister-in-law has worked in insurance industry for decades. She recommended Daniel to me.
Daniel is very compassionate and understanding. He knew as a single mom with an injured child, I desperately needed his help to handle my pile of hospital and medical bills and to take care of this whole legal situation with the insurance companies for me and my daughter. Daniel asked me not to be stressed, and he would take care of it. He and his legal staff did just so. He was also very sensitive and protective of my daughter’s feelings and well-being with her young age during handling.
Daniel is very professional and experienced. From the very beginning, he explained to me all the procedures and the approximate time frame. His legal staff kept me updated on the case and reminded me of upcoming meetings and court date, with the minimum of my involvement throughout the entire time. They really know what they do, and do it the best.
I truly appreciate Daniel’s help, and will definitely recommend him and hire him again if needed.

I interviewed five attorneys in Houston for a Mal-Practice law suit relating to my daughter's death. I wanted a strong, smart, aggressive attorney with a great reputation basically a Bull Dog. When talking to a District Attorney, I mentioned a few of the prospective attorney's names that I was thinking of hiring, when I mentioned Daniel Horowitz's name she said "he is the best of the best". She was correct! Law suits are very emotional. Daniel Horowitz listen's with compassion, his memory astounded me on our first meeting. A very important and appreciated attribute Daniel has as well as his office staff, is keeping you up to date on the case with quick responses to questions via email or a phone call. I felt protected, like I walked in with a body guard, feeling very confident going into mediations and trial. I know he is the BEST and I appreciate all he has done for me and my family. I highly recommend Daniel Horowitz because he goes above and beyond the best of my expectations.
J. Philip Griffis, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. I've known Daniel since he started his practice. He is rapidly becoming one of the young go-to plaintiff's lawyers in Houston. Knowledgeable, savvy and cares about the profession. You'll be in good hands with him.
