Relationship: Worked together on matter
Daniel Horowitz and I first met many years ago when we came to jointly represent a client on a personal injury matter. He had presented a case for an individual who had been injured as a result of the negligent conduct of another individual. Unfortunately, that individual tried to blame Daniel's client which led to her having to retain me to defend her at the same time. Daniel was an excellent advocate for his client and was a perfect example of a professional throughout. We ultimately had to take the case to trial where Daniel and I jointly tried the case. Daniel is an excellent trial lawyer and he is 1 of only 3 lawyers that I have told my spouse to call if something were to happen to me. Since that trial I have considered Daniel one of my closest friends and would recommend him to anyone needing help.
