Biography
I have always been a trial lawyer.
In 30 years and have tried more than 85 jury trials to verdict all over the State of California. I have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars over my career for people who been injured and lost loved ones. I have most recently focused a substantial part of my trial practice on personal injury cases involving people who have been hurt and who then developed chronic pain conditions. I have come to understand how chronic pain from injury can devastate a persons life and how insurance companies minimize these terrible injuries. My recent trial involving a client who suffered a chronic pain disorder resulted in a $9.25 million verdict.
