AMAZING

I wasn’t facing any criminal charges or a car wreck. This was by far the hardest battle of my life and knew I needed help. I met with Jody and she was kind and calm and reassuring. She immediately saw the injustice that had happened,and I could sense that she was sincere in wanting to help me seek j...ustice. I left that office after the appt. and truly felt like I wasn’t having to fight this battle alone and it brought me to tears knowing that I had an amazing strong army with me. This was a very long battle but I was never forgotten Jody and Alex made sure I understood everything and Alex is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and so kind...... this is there career but they spoke to me with not just caring about the case they cared that I was emotionally okay with everything that was happening. This is not anything they had to do but they did and for that I cannot say enough Thank Yous.... I strongly suggest to anyone that is battling something legally to hire this firm!!!!!!!! You will have the BEST team!!!!! They return calls and emails promptly even thou they are extremely busy you will always be there priority... Jody and Alex I will FOREVER be grateful for EVERYTHING.... My healing has started thanks to the hard work of this firm. I will FOREVER be grateful for this firm and for Jody and Alex.!!!!!

Marc Victor and his team are excellent attorneys

I retained Marc's services for criminal defense. He and his partners were very professional, and always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. They could be counted on to keep me apprised of any news or updates in the course of the case. Ultimately, with some very creative "out of the ...box" tactics Marc's team were able to negotiate an excellent resolution to my situation. It's clear that they always have their clients' best interests in mind, and they are using their many years' experience to ensure your rights are respected and you get the most favorable outcome possible. I never felt judged or looked down upon, either, which was a welcome bonus. I would say that whenever you're being accused of a crime you want a team of attorneys who 1) know the law really well, 2) have extensive experience working in the system, and 3) see the state as the defendant's enemy, and not actually interested in "justice". Marc and his team clearly meet all these criteria, and see it as their duty to ensure you can have as fair a fight against that enemy as possible.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

Most people in their lifetime will never need a criminal defense attorney, however, if you are reading this, you are likely not “most people” and neither were we. LOOK NO FURTHER! Marc’s firm is the best you will find. Unfortunately, we needed legal services twice in less than two years…fortunate...ly, we had Marc’s firm. The first two firms we looked into did not require a consultation fee…we paid nothing and got nothing. PAY THE FEE. Marc’s firm is polished and professional with wonderful ambiance and decor but that is not what makes his firm special. It is his staff. If you are on Marc’s team you were probably hand selected to become part of an impressive group of people. People of the highest caliber who are not only talented and educated but who also have heart and truly care about the clients they save. I know of only a few, but from Eli (You know what you’ve done). To Stephanie and Andy Marcantel, to Marc himself, we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Our first case handled by Andy, you saved the day! Our second case, a very serious and involved one, had Marc there for our son like “Johnny on the spot!” We would not have known what to do, where to turn or how to handle any of it, but he walked us through the process step-by-step…thank goodness. By the end of our case, Marc made the most impassioned, eloquent, fervent speech to the judge, driving home his point of divine condemnation towards certain unfair and what feels like unconstitutional segments of our judicial system. Rightfully so! The judge and prosecutors needed to hear it and I was so glad our family and friends were there to hear it as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just wish I had recorded it. Furthermore, Marc went above, beyond and out of his way recently taking the time to be sure our son was ok. He has no idea how much that meant personally to my family and most especially to me, his mother. In writing this, my hope is to impress upon potential clients that Marc can be and should be a pit bull when he needs to be. However, his passion for defending others and sense of justice, in my opinion, is what drives him. Marc and his team are the ones you want on your side.
