I witnessed a car accident and gave one of the driver's my card. I gave my account to an insurance company stating very clearly what I witnessed. Replied last December 07, 2017We cannot comment on the specifics of our client’s matter. The person leaving this critique is not a client. However, our firm takes customer service very seriously. On the day in question, we were experiencing problems with our phone system, and this person’s call was unfortunately dropped without our knowledge. We understand that communication issues can be very frustrating, and we had 2 separate people reach out to this person and explain the issue and apologize profusely. Unfortunately, there are some things that happen that are out of our control. We appreciate that this person reached out to us to let us know the issue so that we could take immediate steps to rectify the problem and to ensure that we are providing excellent service. I think this should be evident by our many positive reviews.
